As long as you understand its limitations, the Access HD 7″ Wide Screen Digital LCD TV is a handy, portable TV for use around the home or RV.
First available on Amazon early October 2012, the Access HD PTV7000 is a portable TV that has a 7-inch LCD screen, but don't be misled by the "HD" in its name at a resolution of 480 x 234 it is not a true, high definition (HD) TV but it receives and displays digital (ASTC) signals up to 1080i and 720p, and the picture quality is still great for the size it is.
It's ideal for watching TV on the go, in an RV, camping, tailgating, in the backyard, at sports games, in the kitchen or even the bathroom. It's also handy if there is a power outage, or if everyone else is watching something you don't want to see just grab your Access HD PTV7000.

A nifty feature is a remote control that fits into a storage slot at the back of the TV. If you want longer there is an extended life battery available that will take this up to two and half hours or so. The Access HD PTV7000 also includes both a 120-volt charger and a 12-volt car charger. There is a headphone jack plus a Video in and separate left and right Audio in ports for connecting suitable digital cameras and game consoles. As a bonus there is an included under-cabinet mounting bracket and the firmware (embedded software) features auto and manual scan modes, an electronic program guide (EPG), parental controls and closed captions.
Considering what you get and that it is priced just under $60 the Access HD 7" Wide Screen Digital LCD TV is a great value buy and delivers what it says, a go anywhere, portable TV that is also handy to have around the house.
